A Community-Focused Event
The Dawson Hart Charity Barn Dance is more than just a fundraiser. It's a community event that brings together local residents, businesses, and organizations for a night of fun and generosity.
Key Elements of the Event:
Live Music: The amazing Catsfield Steamers will be leading our Barn Dance this year, as they have done in previous years.
Dancing: A variety of dances, including traditional barn dances, line dances, and all is lead by a qualified professional. There will be a prize for the best dancer, too!
Food: Included in your price is a full BBQ made with meat sourced locally from Bishops butchers, with Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan options available. This will need to be made known to us for each guest you are purchasing tickets for at the time of booking.
Raffle: There will be a raffle filled with prizes donated by amazing local businesses!
Dress Code: While there's no strict dress code, many attendees opt for casual attire with a touch of country charm, but we insist there is no requirement to do so. There will be a prize for best dressed, if you did want to dress for the occasion!
A Cause Worth Supporting
The heart of the event lies in its charitable purpose. The chosen charity of this year's Barn Dance is the amazing Children with Cancer Fund. The Children with Cancer Fund are a small charity that are based in East Sussex that was born in the Summer of 1998. They’re a team of less than 20, who do amazing work for children and families of children suffering with cancer, to give them a better quality of life.
A Night of Fun and Giving Back The Dawson Hart Charity Barn Dance offers a unique opportunity to have a fun-filled evening while making a positive impact on the lives of local children and families. It's a celebration of community spirit and a testament to the generosity of those involved.
