Now in it's 20th year, Summertime Swing was started by local yet internationally reknowned swing band, The Jive Aces. With dozens of international celebrity guest performers over the years including Acker Bilk, Jenny Ball, Clair Teal, Keely Smith and more, the events has grown form a few hundred to many times the size.
This year we have up and coming rock 'n' roll sensation from Ireland Alan Power, TV star and swing diva Rebecca Grant and rhythm & blues maestra Sister Suzie plus DJs, classic cars, vintage stalls.
As with every year, all proceeds from the event go to local and national charities including The Not Forgotten and Care of Police Survivors (C.O.P.S).
