WEAVING WORKSHOP
with Jackie Bennett
Come and try tapestry weaving on a small frame loom and create a square piece that can be used as a coaster or bag. Choose from a range of colourful yarns and enjoy the tactile and absorbing weaving experience.
You will be guided to select colours and textures to design your own unique piece.
No weaving experience required. If you have done some weaving before, you might wish to refresh your knowledge or try some different techniques.
All materials and instructions will be provided and frames will be available to buy if you wish to take one home.
Jackie teaches weaving as an art form, exhibits and undertakes commissions internationally. She has been weaving for over 25 years and teaching for 16 years.
Cost: £45 per person including all materials & refreshments
